A St. Petersburg man was arrested last week on suspicion of absconding with $30,000 in scratch-off lottery tickets from a local supermarket.Investigators say Soulkhan Vorasane broke in to the store's lottery kiosk on several occasions, making out with a quantity of scratch-off tickets each time. A Brooksville man is now facing charges in connection with an accident prosecutors say he caused last fall that ended in the death of another man.Hernando County authorities say Joshua Aaron Johnson was driving his 1985 Honda moped at around half past ten o'clock on September 20 last year when Florida Highway Patrol troopers say he slowed up to let his companion catch up.The man behind him, identified as Adam Cremin, was aboard his 2003 Kawasaki KS4 ATV when Johnson slowed.
